Creating or signing into an account

Your Cora account is separate from the email accounts you add to Cora — it's what keeps your settings and encrypted local data tied to you across sign-ins.

Creating a new account

  1. On the sign-in screen, select Create account.
  2. Enter your email address and choose a strong password.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to verify your email address.

Signing back in

  1. On the sign-in screen, enter your email address and password.
  2. If you have multi-factor authentication enabled, enter the verification code when prompted.
Sign-in on every fresh launch. For your security, Cora asks you to sign in again each time the app is fully closed and re-opened (a cold launch) — not just when your session has expired. Resuming Cora from the background or lock screen during the same session does not require signing in again.

Forgot your password? Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen to reset it.
